What You'll Do
We’re hiring a People Partner! You’ll join our small but mighty US based People team and report to the Director of People.
Your mission will be to align people success with company success. You’ll partner with employees at all levels to foster a culture and working environment that is high-performing, inclusive, and rewarding to all.
Stensul is a startup and you’ll play a key role in building our company. We’re looking for creative do-ers. You should know the HR playbooks and best practices but feel excited to experiment and design solutions that best meet the needs of our people and business.
Specific responsibilities:
- Trusted business partner to GTM leaders in our US-based team. You’ll consult with managers on organizational design, employee relations, career growth, performance management, hiring and retention, and so much more
- Build empathetic and trusting relationships with all employees. Help employees navigate through complex situations and ensure their views are well represented
- Ideate, design, and implement programs to support our people’s success as we scale. Programs may include retention, engagement, performance management, learning and development.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent to our business
- Stay close to our team. You’ll develop a strong pulse on the business so that you are able to anticipate the needs of a growing business
- Partner with our counterparts in Buenos Aires to support a unified employee experience across locations
- Promote Stensul’s core values and the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion
Who you are:
- 5+ years of professional experience, of which 3+ years have been in an HR or People role
- This must include significant experience supporting managers and individual contributors in complex situations
- You act like an owner. You’re proactive and have a strong track record of leading programs from ideation through to execution
- You’re creative. You understand HR best practices but start from first principles to reach the best outcomes for our unique situation
- Strong intuition and interpersonal skills. You collaborate easily and welcome a variety of perspectives
- Your work centers diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience with compensation is nice to have, but not required
- Ideally, you have some experience partnering with Revenue teams

The compensation range offered for this role is $115,000-$130,000, plus equity. Please note that Stensul's compensation philosophy is based on a geographical market approach, and the salary range listed relates specifically to roles located in New York. Stensul's compensation and career growth philosophy focuses on impact in the role, and starting salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based the competencies and level demonstrated in the interview process.
