Requirements
- As a People Partner (India) you will serve as a trusted resource and confidant for first line support to our people in our India based office and those remotely working in the region in a standalone Partnering role in that geography, to create productive working relationships with business leaders locally and globally
- You’ll be confident in local Indian HR policies, practices and procedures to provide employees and people leaders with first line guidance, supported by both the local legal entity and Senior People Partner
- You will work with the Senior People Partner to support in guiding internal stakeholders with people matters at all levels of the organisation and will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders to align and execute People strategies in support of business initiatives
- You’ll oversee effective performance management across the team locally; continually act as performance improvement consultant and first line of support. Facilitate the Senior People Partner with the resolution of employee relations issues including those with complex, multi-step solutions, investigations, etc. including organisational and structural changes.
- Proactively identify Talent Management and Learning and Development gaps; to propose and implement solutions and you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support with onboarding the best talent into the team
- You’ll act as an employee advocate and be a champion of our culture, standards and practices. You’ll be a key member of the People function, taking on responsibility to challenge and guide people leaders to support them in getting the best outcomes
- You will be confident in reviewing and analysing data, identify trends to recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
- You will be required to support the People Operations team with cyclical operational processes such as Payroll, Compensation, Local Compliance Reporting, Learning & Development and People related administrative support including but not limited to contracts, letters, business updates and local comms.
