In this role, your primary focus will be supporting our UK team members (the headcount is approximately 70 right now), ensuring they feel valued and well-supported and are continuously developing their skills. Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you’ll be part of an established global People team. This is a perfect opportunity for the right individual to play a crucial role in supporting our company's goal of becoming a high-performing winning team.
What you’ll be doing
People Strategy: Working with the Head of People Experience to develop and execute a robust People Experience strategy that strengthens our culture across all our locations and enables every team member to feel fulfilled, appreciated and motivated to do the best work of their careers
Team Support: Support leaders and line managers (in the UK) with all people and team challenges, guiding them to ensure that we are both compliant with employment law and treating them with utmost care and concern.
Performance management: Support line managers (in the UK) in adopting best-practice performance management, such as goal setting, personal development plans, regular 1-2-1 reviews, 360 feedback, regular team meetings, and formal reviews.
Talent Development: Develop and deliver training programs and career development plans that ensure all team members grow and develop their hard and soft skills
Engagement and Culture: Own our team member surveys and drive initiatives that promote a positive work environment and enhance team member engagement.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Lead our quarterly team member survey analysis and utilise our HRIS analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the team and other key HR metrics.
