About the Role:
As a trusted global partner, you'll collaborate closely with our leaders and teams to drive people outcomes aligned with our vision. With a focus on performance and a "people-first" mindset, you'll champion our values and foster a culture where our people thrive. Please note this is a fixed term contract for 9 months with a possibly to extend.
What you'll do:
- Proactively partner with leaders to develop people plans and provide coaching and advisory services to foster an engaged and high-performance culture
- Offer specialist advice on people-related matters, including policy, remuneration and complex people issues
- Operationalise purpose-led organisational development and engagement initiatives
- Drive talent and succession strategies to align with our global team structure
- Contribute to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, influencing leaders and driving actions
- Gain a true understanding of the commercial drivers, impacts and challenges of stakeholder groups to help activate and improve business performance
- Act as a change advocate, supporting key initiatives and change programs as our business continues to transform
- Take a data-driven approach to drive people related initiatives across global teams
- Contribute to a supportive and knowledge sharing environment within the global People team
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
- Global business partnering experience in a fast-paced tech/digital environment
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Driving business outcomes through performance
- Exceptional influencing skills with all levels of leadership
- Continuous improvement mindset with a flexible, pragmatic approach
- Comfortable navigating complex, changing environments
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
