Join our People & Talent Acquisition (P&TA) team as a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Co-op, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting key HR and recruitment initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment! This is a 4-month position, from May to August 2025. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in:
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Contribute to an outstanding candidate experience, provide support to our TA team with various tasks such as coordinating interviews and meetings, resume screening, sourcing related, etc.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives: content creation and curation for corporate social media channels, website, and blog.
  • Research and post job openings to relevant industry job boards.
  • Participate in other TA initiatives such as our onboarding optimisation program.

  • People Operations Support:
  • Assist with the new hire pre-boarding and onboarding process.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the People and Talent Acquisition (P&TA) team.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of People Operations infrastructure such as employee hub maintenance, job descriptions and employee folders to only name a few.

  • And you have the opportunity to work with the rest of our People team on ad-hoc projects!
    What you bring to the team:
  • Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a post-secondary Business program, preferably specializing in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Deadline-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Strong willingness and motivation to learn with an inherent curiosity.
  • Skills in researching best practices and HR trends.
  • Passionate about games and/or entertainment.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
