About the role:

With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality of support we provide our rockstar employees in our Manila office. You will be challenged to be part of our People Operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience by managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. You will liaise between HR and the departments to address employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.

What you'll do:



  • HR Ticketing:
  • Manage and respond to HR-related tickets for your assigned department/s through the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority tickets to the appropriate HR or department leader.

  • Employee Lifecycle and Data Management
  • Own employee lifecycle management from Pre-Onboarding to Offboarding)
  • Maintain employee data and ensure that both Sprout and Rippling HRIs are accurate and truthful
  • Measure and report various people metrics and recommend necessary initiatives/interventions

  • Employee Relations / Labor Relations
  • Ensure adherence to government guidelines, and company policies and procedures
  • Make sure that departmental practices align with company-wide HR standards
  • Support stakeholders in implementing and enforcing Company guidelines and handbook provisions

  • Employee Engagement
  • Support and organize company engagement activities to boost employee experience

  • Performance Management and Development
  • Assist in implementing performance review systems, coaching managers on performance improvement, and driving employee development within your assigned department/s
  •  Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify and support training programs for employees to enhance their skills and professional growth.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage payroll, benefits, and compensation issues for department employees.
  • Track and monitor employee attendance], ensuring adherence to company attendance policies.

  • HR Projects
  • Participate in company-wide HR initiatives and projects, providing insights and support from the perspective of your assigned department/s

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist Experience, with a preference for HR Accounts Management
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
  • Process-oriented and independent
  • Experience in using HRIS (Rippling and/or Sprout is a plus!)
  • Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheets
  • Experience in using Project and Ticketing Management platforms (eg. ASANA, Wrike, Trello, etc)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
