We’re looking for an inspiring People Operations Specialist to join our People team focused on playing a pivotal role in managing and administering employee benefits programs within our organization along with providing support to our ongoing People Team activities.

This role is interesting because you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
  • Develop and distribute communication materials related to benefits programs, including open enrollment materials, plan summaries, and updates on policy changes.
  • Manage all US employee leaves of absence.
  • Conduct employee education sessions to enhance understanding of benefits offerings and enrollment processes.
  • Support People team initiatives such as our quarterly performance management cycles, new employee orientation and employee onboarding & offboarding activities. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.

You are qualified if you have:

  • Managed benefit programs and leaves of absence in a company with a strong employee presence in Massachusetts and nationally.
  • An understanding of US benefits regulations, including FMLA & MAPFML.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
