You will join our great People Team (~30 people), reporting to our People Ops & Benefits Manager.

Employee lifecycle management (300+ FTE)

Onboarding

Liaise with People Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to create a great employee experience during the preboarding step, ensuring all necessary information, communication, and documentation are shared with new joiners ahead of their start date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time

Contractual documentation

Formalize and manage all contractual elements throughout the employee lifecycle, including labor contracts, amendments, and certificates.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies,
Support regular compliance audits.

Employee’s support

Oversee day-to-day People Operations, responding promptly and effectively to employee requests,
Ensure an optimal employee experience by acting as the main point of contact for our teams, providing essential information throughout their journey at the company,
Follow up on leaves, ensuring records are accurate and processes are compliant with local regulations.

People process optimization, and automation

Contribute to HRIS automation initiatives to increase efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency across all People processes,
Maintain and update employee records and People information systems to ensure data accuracy.

About You

Experience

3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing start-up,
Strong knowledge of French labor law & HR policy, employment regulations,
Experience managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding,
Experience in HRIS management.

Efficiently manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS,

Fluent in French and English
