Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews; provide feedback to leadership with recommendations for improvement.
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Communicate benefit-related questions regarding benefits, training, insurance, etc.
  • Drive HR initiatives and projects such as Employer Branding, work-life initiatives and calendar.
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements as needed to effectively support internal clients.
  • Coordinate, manage, and measure safety programs including training, compliance.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Source and attract diverse talent, using both traditional and creative recruiting methods for all functions, including online tools, networking and social channels to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Hear and resolve employee grievances.
  • Recommend and evolve solutions for fostering employee engagement.
  • Serve as an advocate and champion for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Live Edelman values, lead by example and serve as an ambassador of the company brand.
  • Other duties as requested.

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources Management with at least 3-5 years’ experience in Human resources or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in both Thai and English.
  • Proven track record of innovative HR management in a professional services environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of Thailand’s Employment Law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exhibit exceptional project and time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to balance conflicting points of view, function effectively under pressure and demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness.
  • Strong experience working the ‘soft side’ of HR including effective employee/management communications and developing a culture of cooperation, teamwork, and open communication at all levels.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately.
  • Possess critical thinking skills.
