People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving operational excellence and process optimization within the HR function for the Israel site, while collaborating with the global HR Operations team. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with Israeli employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and overseeing HR operations while aligning with organizational goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

People Analytics Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS database for the Israel site.
  • Implement data auditing processes and quality control measures to maintain up-to-date and reliable employee records.
  • Oversee the processing of employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions, ensuring timely and accurate record updates.

Managing HR Operations:

  • Oversee and manage employee data, benefits administration, supporting payroll processes for the Israel site, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll changes and deductions, and compliance reporting.
  • Analyze and optimize HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for HR operations in Israel, ensuring consistent application and alignment with global processes.
  • Collaborate with the global HR Operations team to share best practices and align with organizational strategies. 

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure strict compliance with Israeli employment laws and regulations, implementing processes and controls to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and record-keeping systems for compliance audits and reporting purposes.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for the Israel site, providing insights and recommendations to the VP People Israel.

HR Policy and Procedure Development:

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures for the Israel site, in alignment with global policies.
  • Ensure consistent application and communication of policies and procedures across the Israel site.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and operational processes.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HRIS, and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • English native level- a must.
