Our People Operations team is dedicated to ensuring seamless HR processes, operational excellence, and data integrity while continuously improving and scaling our systems. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive efficiency, compliance, and satisfaction across the full employee lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Own and lead a team focused around managing key cyclical People Operations processes (e.g. annual compensation cycle, performance reviews, benefits enrollment), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
- Optimize HR processes, policies, and workflows to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing the automation, usability, and effectiveness of core HR systems and processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across People, Legal, Finance, and other functions to develop, implement, and maintain compliant and scalable HR policies and programs.
- Establish and monitor key HR metrics and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and enabling decision-making through high-quality reporting and analysis.
- Lead enablement efforts around new or updated processes, including documentation, training, and change management to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Oversee system configuration and support for key People tools (e.g. Workday, JIRA), including testing, updates, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure ongoing compliance with internal governance, data privacy, and employment regulations across all People Ops practices.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–7+ years of experience in People Operations or a related HR function
- 2-4+ years of management/leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience managing cyclical HR programs and optimizing operational processes at scale.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools; Workday experience highly preferred.
- A data-minded and process-driven problem solver with a passion for driving operational excellence.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex processes into clear, actionable guidance.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes — and we are doing all these things — we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
