Requirements

As a People Operations Manager, you will ensure a high quality of service is delivered to colleagues in APAC whilst also ensuring that employee relations are managed effectively, mitigating risk across the Region. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, leadership, and employees to promote a harmonious work environment and free from risk of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track & oversee case load of ER activity and provide coaching and training to team members
  • Manage complex ER cases - managing union regulations and requirements & conducting investigations
  • Lead the development, review, and update of high-quality HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts through effective mediation, coaching, and intervention strategies
  • Line mange a team of People Coordinators maximising the performance of the team, always ensuring a high level of engagement

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience within People Operations or similar role for a global company (UK, North America, India, Singapore and Australia)
  • In depth understanding & ability to handle complex ER cases involving unions
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy
  • Familiarity with HRIS and case management systems.
