About Your Future Team 

To strengthen our team and to support all employees at best, we are looking for enthusiastic additions who are eager to learn on the job and from the team. The People Operations team is the go-to-point for any people-related questions and we love supporting Solarians across the organization. 

Your Role 

  • You independently manage our day-to-day People Operations administration and are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions around employee master data and contract management.
  • You manage the payroll for our entities in Germany, Spain, France and Italy and are the point of contact for our payroll partners in each country. Additionally, you ensure correct payroll reporting.
  • You design people processes and support with the creation of overall work procedures with a strong stakeholder management mindset.
  • You own the employee contract management for the whole company, you love to have everything structured and filed.
  • You support the juniors in our team on all relevant topics e.g., work permit, reference letters, absence management, etc.
  • Further, you are involved in company-wide projects that are strongly related to your role.

  • You have a good understanding of German labor law.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll and general HR topics.
  • You are passionate about administrative tasks and have an eye for data accuracy
  • You are an engaged team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • You are analytical and work easily with IT applications and other HRIS tools (e.g. Personio & Greenhouse, JIRA).
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English and German is a plus
