What's the role? 
The AiDash People Operations team is passionate about building a best-in-class employee experience. We partner with teams across the organization to design and implement programs that support professional growth, foster a culture of inclusion, and keep our talented employees engaged. 

We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth payroll processing and accurate expense approvals, while also supporting various HR and office management functions. Reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager, the ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. What will you do?

  • Partner closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to continually develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures 
  • Assist the People team in managing all aspects of onboarding new hires, offboarding departing employees, and supporting engagement initiatives  
  • Provide support in performance management processes, and handling immigration-related matters 
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance 
  • Assist in processing and administering payroll, ensuring timely andaccurate payments  
  • Review and approve employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies 
  • Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining office organization 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years experience in People Operations, preferably in high-growth technology start-ups 
  • In-depth understanding of local employment laws and regulations 
  • Experience in managing office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations 
  • Basic understanding of finance principles with experience in financial processes such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
  • *This position is available in London, UK. We operate as a hybrid company, with twice a week in-office days in our London office location
