Your responsibilities
Build a full-cycle talent funnel for recruiting, training, and retention
Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations
Develop and implement curricula to help standardize onboarding
Help build development programs to foster a sense of community and company culture
Plan and execute on team and company off-sites
Contribute to a performance-driven culture by helping implement incentive systems
Establish a strong talent brand by leveraging content marketing and social media
Serve as a go-to resource for industry insights and best practices
We're looking for
People People: You have 3-5+ years of People Ops and/or Recruiting experience in startup environments
