Niantic’s People Operations Team seeks a People Operations Contractor to support the People Team’s day-to-day activities with regards to HRIS systems, processes, data analytics & reporting, and onboarding!

Niantic's People team seeks diverse, outstanding talent in a driven industry, and ensures that our outstanding culture keeps employees engaged! This role is a contractor position. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain personnel files and paperwork while upholding and protecting confidential employee information (e.g., personnel files, employment verifications, medical, I-9 verification, safety, etc.)
  • Run monthly custom and ad-hoc reports, to identify and update potential data issues.
  • Help our team deliver an outstanding employee experience through addressing employee questions and ensuring that we respond to them in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and partners to nurture strong working relationships with project team members, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.

Qualifications

  • An exceptional problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working independently, and also thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Someone with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.

Plus If...

  • You have experience using Workday.
  • You have excel knowledge.

The hourly rate for this position is up to $32.00/hr.

This is a contractor position and the work should be performed based on service agreement and SOW. Niantic will not offer Contractor direct employment contract, salary, benefits, equities, or any compensation associated with employment.
