THE ROLE

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our global team.  

This role is UK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the HR generalist team  

  • Be the go-to person for HR-related inquiries, delivering professional and timely responses to employees and managers 
  • Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. 
  • Support onboarding processes, from drafting job descriptions to employee records management, process optimization, and assisting with new hire orientation. 
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, including engagement activities, and performance management processes. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, supporting HR audits and reporting. 
  • Assist with payroll and pension processing, collaborating with finance to ensure timely and accurate compensation 

Support the Learning and Technical training team  

  • Coordinate and manage the booking of training courses, including onboarding and other workshops provided both internally and externally (logistics, scheduling, materials)  
  • Monitoring training attendance and feedback collection  
  • Management for shared inboxes and calendars (HR, LD, Technical training)  
  • Vendor and third party coordination  
  • Reporting and analytics 
  • Management of digital learning platforms (LinkedIn, Microsoft azure, Ministry of Testing, KnowBe) – assigning, users, deactivating leavers, running completion reports, contact point with suppliers  
  • Opportunity to assist in developing and implementing and/or managing process for    learning initiatives being launched  

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working in human resources and or wider people operations team  
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is an asset 
  • Knowledge of human resources processes (eg onboarding, offboarding, employee records management)  
  • Understanding HR policies and UK Employment legislation, regulation and compliance 
  • Experience with global employees and/or working with an Employer of Record/Professional Employer Organization is nice to have, but not essential. 
  • Payroll and benefits administration experience 
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Human resources Information Systems) (BoB nice to have, not essential)  
  • Ability to maintain accurate employee records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Experience reporting on HR and L&D metrics (turnover rates, training completions, etc)  
  • Excel and database management skills  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to liaise effectively with employees and managers  
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment  
  • Multitasking across HR and LD responsibilities  
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with HR sensitive matters  
  • Ability to build relationships across teams  
  • Proactive approach to addressing challenges in HR and LD processes  
  • Attention to detail in handling data and documentation
