As a TA Operations Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of our recruiting process by executing the processes and logistics that fuel a positive candidate experience that truly embodies Guardant Health’s mission and values. This role is critical in supporting the team with planning and coordinating programs and initiatives.
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing highly efficient operational support for the GH Talent Acquisition team. A successful candidate thrives in a high-volume work environment and can prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. While providing first-class experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers & interview teams, executives as well as the people team.
Responsibilities:
The primary functions of this role are (1) to work within a team of assigned recruiters to drive the recruiting performance and (2) to champion the company’s initiative of providing candidates with positive experience.
Other TA Op’s projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Attention to detail is critical in this role as are excellent written/oral communication and technical skills including the full MS Office Suite, Google products and ideal experience with an Applicant Tracking System, CRM and HRIS.
Maturity and confidentiality required along with good interpersonal skills.
Hybrid Work Model: At Guardant Health, we have defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time. All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. For positions based in Palo Alto, CA or Redwood City, CA, the hourly range for this full-time position is <<min_hourly>> to <<min_hourly>. The range does not include benefits and, if applicable, overtime, bonus, commission, or equity.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If you are selected to move forward, the recruiting team will provide details specific to the factors above.
Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
