Our Opportunity

This role is responsible for completing the repeatable, day-to-day administrative people operations responsibilities that support the employee lifecycle in support of our Snykers. The People Operations Coordinator supports the employee experience for new and existing employees by executing designated aspects of onboarding/offboarding and other employee transitions, completing accurately, timely and as assigned. 

This position is on a fixed-term contract for 6-9 months. 

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Partnering closely with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute People Operations processes, policies and programs with a focus on a best-in-class employee experience and data integrity. 
  • Review records for data integrity in support of employee transactions. 
  • Serve as the first line of contact for employees with questions regarding People Operations processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to work within a distributed team in a fast-paced, changing environment. 
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn new responsibilities quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • General understanding of service orientation.
  • Some experience working in a people centric role, or an interest in pursuing a career within People Operations.
