- 員工到職、離職手續及員工異動作業，勞保、健保、勞退、團保作業
- 規劃與執行員工福利與員工關係專案（包含員工福利、舉辦員工活動等）
- 管理Employee Data，維護與更新人資系統中的員工資料正確性
- 考勤管理與薪資作業事項
- 人資制度、公司組織流程管理與優化
- 其他人資相關專案規劃及執行
【職務內容】Admin & Office Management
- 負責櫃台行政事務（包含接待、收發信件等）
- 負責辦公設備、用品管理與採購
- 負責與房東、管委會、外部廠商合約處理與聯繫
- 其他行政與辦公室管理相關專案規劃及執行
