SUMMARY:

As People Operations and Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Operations team in various functions. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow. It involves leveraging our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, prioritizing data integrity.
  • Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of People Operations processes and documentation.
  • Provide support for onboarding new hires and facilitating a smooth transition.
  • Assist with benefits administration, such as enrollment, managing changes, and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee queries and enhance the overall employee experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1+ years of experience as an analyst, focusing on HRIS and operations.
  • Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Hebrew and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization. 
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
