What You’ll Do:

  • Support administration of employee benefits and leave/time-off programs
  • Assist with talent mobility processes and immigration needs
  • Coordinate and lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, working cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration to the company
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate data related to payroll and benefits
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate through technology
  • Handle routine systems administration including new hire additions, user access, data auditing, and platform configurations
  • Assist with payroll processes including payment accuracy, compliance with regulations, and reconciliation

 What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience; consulting, compensation or finance experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets for reporting and analysis
  • Proficient with various types of technology and gets energized by data, details and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS and payroll software
  • Takes ownership of projects and works well independently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and multitask
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in payroll administration, benefit management or People operations is a plus
