Key Contributions:
- Be the driving force behind HR initiatives, ensuring they align with both the HR Group's direction and Eden’s overarching strategies.
- Keep our organization in compliance with the latest labor laws, regulations, and Eden’s work rules by reviewing, updating, amending, and implementing policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on HR compliance, management, and disciplinary actions, fostering positive work relationships and boosting morale.
- Take charge of various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Law Compliance, Career Development, Performance Management, Culture Development, and Employee Engagement.
- Drive manpower planning strategies aligned with business demands and control HR costs based on employee journeys.
- Conduct orientation for new joiners, encourage existing workers, and manage insurance policies, employee safety, security, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Collaborate with the C-Level to develop people development strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Implement career development programs, annual learning roadmaps, and develop content and toolkits both online and offline.
- Execute the performance management system and provide constructive feedback on performance improvement opportunities.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance performance, talent management, career development, employee retention, and training environments.
- Take the lead on all CSR activities and prepare various HR-related organizational reports for management.
