As a People Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic analytics and insights to enable data-led decision-making. You will bring data to life, unraveling stories that can help us identify trends and patterns to improve recruiting, employee performance, engagement, and retention.
In this role, you will use your analytical skills to make a real impact on the lives of our people and collaborate with other stakeholder to develop strategies based on your findings.
