  • Help drive the Total Rewards agenda including annual bonus and merit processes
  • Support certain key events (new hire onboarding, talent assessments, bonus planning, etc.) as well as represent the team on global projects

On your resume, we will see:

  • 1-3 years of People Team/HR experience

  • Ability to analyze data, identify key issues, prepare comprehensive recommendations and dashboards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas in a clear, concise and organized manner
  • Intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate through change, have an impact and influence others, help drive to winning outcomes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state and local legislation affecting the workplace
  • Success working with cross-functional matrix teams to drive results
  • A level of exposure or familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean or Agile philosophies
