As a People Experience Specialist in Insider, day in and day out, you:
- Will always remember that as a People Experience Team, you are always present, engaged, organized, and vibrant.
- Will be conducting sessions to introduce new employees to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
- Will be creating and organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Will be measuring and improving employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Will be providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and benefits.
- Will be enhancing internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and changes.
- Will be promoting employee health and well-being through wellness programs and initiatives.
- Will be implementing strategies to create an inclusive work environment.
- Will be contributing to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand, both internally and externally.
- Will be preparing reports and recommendations for improving the employee experience.
- Will be participating in or supporting social responsibility and community engagement projects as part of the company's commitment to making a positive impact.
- Will be assisting in the creation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Will be promoting the People Experience team internally and externally.
- Will be developing and managing budgets for People Experience initiatives.
- Will be drafting yearly engagement plannings for departments.
- Will always be open to going beyond assigned responsibilities and eager to take part in new and out-of-field tasks; always wanting better and always wanting more is a mindset.

- have a Bachelor's degree in a related field,
- have internship experience in internal branding and employee engagement activities or event organization agency background
- are passionate about Human Resources and engaging deeply with people on a level that people are the core of your motivation,
- have an excellent command of written and spoken English, Insiders are from all over the world & communication is the key
- are a result-oriented person with strong planning and organization skills, planning is the first step of success
- have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment, Insider is always changing but you will always have your team to help you deliver results
- are comfortable with ambiguity, we love people who are resourceful enough to find solutions on their own & flourish
