We are seeking a dynamic and driven People Experience Specialist to join our People Experience Team. Reporting directly to the Head of People based in Germany, this role will be instrumental in shaping the employee journey within our global organisation, from onboarding through to retention. The People Experience Specialist will be supporting our aspiration to deliver exceptional employee experiences while driving positive change in the organisation. This is a remote position with other job locations as London, UK and Munich, Germany.

Requirements

Experience Required -

• 3+ years of experience in people experience, people strategy, HR, employee engagement, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving positive change within an organization, especially around employee feedback, onboarding, and retention
• Experience in driving employee engagement in a performance driven environment and how to address concerns or challenges to enhance the employee experience

Skills Required -

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, and a passion for creating a positive employee journey.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
