- Design a people and culture strategy that is relevant and supportive of stakeholders needs and is evidenced in reporting and tracking metrics to measure ROI
- Facilitate a leadership capability curriculum for leaders across all levels and functions with a hands-on and tailored approach
- Facilitate talent and performance management, and succession planning with senior management
- Develop success profiles for roles required to meet company needs and to support business strategy
- Act as a senior advisor and coach to business leaders and stakeholders in matters related to culture and the employee cycle
- Keep up with market trends and best practices in employee experience, engagement and leadership, and share your knowledge and insights with stakeholders at all levels – while continuously driving improvements and responding to changing business needs.
- Maximise usage and value offered by existing (and new) learning platforms, tools, solutions, and methods, including online/digital learning systems, social learning, and on-the-job training.
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

- At least 6 years of experience in HR with 2 years in a leadership role
- Previous experience in the fields of Talent Management and Learning & Development is required
- Be well versed in neuroscience, psychology, learning and leadership theory, and design concepts that reflect new ways of leadership capability building
- Personal competencies: deciding and initiating action, relating and networking, influencing, planning & organising, analysing, presenting and communicating information, adapting and responding to changes, coping with pressure and setbacks, commercial thinking
- Advanced coaching and facilitation capability (virtual and IRL) is required
- Experienced in designing and driving company key leadership capability building and development efforts
- Experience of Engagement Programmes, Development Centres, Career Pathing, Design Thinking, Learning Solution Design, and Customer Service is an advantage
- International experience from working in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
