We are looking for a motivated intern (or two!) to join our People, Culture and Processes team. In this role, you will work closely with our People Operations Specialist, People Business Partner and Team Lead Talent Acquisition and Development on different projects, crucial in the employee journey.
What will you do:
As an Intern in the People team, you’ll play a hands-on role in organizing, updating, and streamlining our People processes. In addition, you will work on projects to ensure our data and processes are consistent, centralized, and easily accessible.
Specific projects will entail:
Creating process overviews for each stage of the employee journey, including hiring, development, and exit.
Organizing and updating our workguides (employee handbook);
Managing some administrative backlog
Preparing and organizing documentation to help with the transition from manual processes to automated systems.
Provide fresh perspectives on our people & culture strategy
During these projects you will work closely with different senior members of our people team, giving you a taste of all different areas of the People scope
