An opportunity for an experienced People Change Manager to join a specialist HR team that provides HR services to various divisions/departments globally. 

As an experienced People change agent, reporting to Interim Director of People Operations, you will lead change projects and initiatives within the business. Ensuring success on time and within budget. This will involve developing strategy, preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use change processes and technology to ensure a smooth program and integration. You will engage with key stakeholders and the wider People team in all aspects of HR, ER and organisational Change programmes, specifically M&A and TUPE. 
Working in partnership with a team of People professionals you will develop and lead a variety of Organisational Change projects involving end-to-end consultation, roll out and implementation of new people approaches, ways of working and structures. Acting as a coach for senior leaders and executives, as well as the wider people team, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of projects.

  • Engaging with business leaders directly - and in conjunction with HRBP’s – to drive successful initiatives. In some cases, this would involve assessments of organisational complexity and proposing solutions for simplification, including effective spans and layers and productivity drivers.
  • Acting as a “subject matter expert” to the HRBP’s as they lead and execute the resulting change efforts including shifts in roles and responsibilities of colleagues.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • using, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project or initiative.
  • Work with internal communications to support, enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Assess the change impact. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Ideally MCIPD / Chartered CIPD / Level 7 qualified
  • Experience in TUPE
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
