We are looking for a People Business Partner, Sr Manager, to join our team. Reporting to the Global VP of People Business Partners, this role involves mid-level business partnering and country HR subject matter expertise.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Partner with the business across EMEA to support our customer and support function departments
Function as a subject matter expert with respect to HR practices and employment law/social relations for France, including the management of the Works Council
Act as a highly trusted partner and coach to Dataiku leaders on complex and ambiguous People questions, including organizational design, scaling, retention strategies, leadership development, manager effectiveness, performance, engagement, and culture transformation
Fully leverage the People support model to ensure scalability and the highest possible impact and customer experience
Partner closely with other functions and People centers of excellence, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Culture, to design, pilot, and scale high-impact and innovative People programs (e.g., performance and talent management, compensation planning)
Success Profile:
8-12 years of experience in the People and Business Partnering space
Extensive experience delivering PBP support and services – ideally in a fast-growth and rapidly scaling technology environment
Thorough knowledge of French employment law
A bias for action and the ability to balance short-term decisions with longer-term vision; a forward-looking, functionally broad leader
Strong expertise in all things related to people, culture, and organizations, with an ability to connect the dots to deliver value
A well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the People function, including its COEs country compliance requirements
Proficiency in connecting and building trust across multiple levels, teams, and groups, including the People team, executives, employees, and other stakeholders
International experience preferred
Fluency in English and French required
