About the role
You will be an integral part of a small People team. This is an important role, which will focus on partnering and advising managers at all levels across your client base within the Group. The People Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing People solutions that support organisational objectives and promote a positive employee experience. You will be involved in all stages of the employee lifecycle whilst ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that align with business needs and comply with legal requirements.

You will be a role model for our culture and values and will enjoy building effective relationships which will enable you to support the business in achieving their objectives.
