We are looking for a People Business Partner!

With a team of 5, you'll play a important role in supporting our media agencies and specialist teams, all while embodying our core values of being Open, Optimistic, and Extraordinary.
Location: Central Stockholm

Reporting To: People & Culture Lead
Contract: 1-year temporary replacement
Start Date: Flexible, preferably January 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a People & Culture ambassador within the company, creating strong relationships with managers & leaders and offering expert People-related guidance.
- Facilitate trainings, workshops, and team exercises, for example leadership development and training.
- Quality assurance and development of HR processes.
- Oversee work environment processes.
- Advise leaders & managers on labour law matters, to ensure fair, safe, and healthy working conditions for our people.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention.
- Contribute to the DEI&B strategy to ensure a fair and inclusive workplace for all employees and play a role in creating a culture of belonging at GroupM.
Who You Are:
- You bring experience in consultative HR work, preferably from a competence-intensive, value-driven, and international matrix organization.
- You are a confident HR generalist with a structured, logical approach and have good communication skills.
- You are a team player with cooperation skills and are capable of working both operational and strategic.
- You have an academic degree in the HR field or other background that we consider equivalent.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
