About the Role 

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, People Team, the People Business Partner (PBP), Director is a crucial People, Places, and Experience (PPE) team member, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Partnering with the Go To Market (GTM) Sales and Monetization leaders to establish and implement strategic people programs and Human Capital Strategy to enable the delivery of business objectives.

The PBP is a trusted advisor to senior leadership in the development of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Key skills and abilities include systems thinking, strategic thinking and agility, change management, consulting, HR knowledge, and business acumen with an attention to detail. Through support from HR centers of excellence: DE&I, L&OD, People Rewards and Operations, and People Business Advisors the PBP sits at the table as a strategic talent partner.

Strategic Partnership

You will partner across the organization to build the Human Capital Strategy that drives the strategic objectives of GTM. You will partner with the Chief Operating Officer, VP of Sales, and VP of Monetization. In addition, you will represent the GTM business needs, in People team decisions. Through systems thinking, strategic thinking, and agility;  you will consider the context, data, and success of the outcome to solve complex and at times ambiguous problems. 

Thought Leadership

Analyze GTM trends and metrics in partnership with the broader People Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies to improve the People Organization’s contribution to the organization’s goals.

Organizational Design & Effectiveness

Lead and guide GTM org design, workforce planning, roles and responsibilities, organizational planning, etc. Partner with GTM and PPE to assess and address needs in areas such as org design, career architecture, performance management, compensation, competencies, and leadership development. Assess and anticipate employee-related needs and communicate those needs to GTM leaders.  Actively identify People gaps within GTM and propose and implement changes vital to appropriately address the risk(s)

Program and Change Management

Lead complex people projects cross-functionally, attending to the change management, communication, and timeline of change.

Compensation and Benefits 

Base Salary Range (USD): $146,900 - 234,100

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU): 

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.

Where-to-Work Policy
