For Business Partnering this means building influential relations with the business to ensure a 2-way dialogue focused on building, maintaining and growing our return on people investment. It covers a broad range of opportunities from facilitation to performance management, to talent management, to engagement and beyond. As a result, it’s a mix of strategic and tactical.

Requirements

What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • Demonstrated success as a business partner supporting senior leadership, key stakeholders, and the wider People team in a matrixed organisation.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner generalist, preferably within an established Tech/Software organisation.
  • Exceptional ability to engage with line management at all levels; a proactive "over-communicator" and able to work in hybrid work settings.
  • Expertise in improving line management capability, embedding frameworks (e.g., OKRs), delivering change management programs, including training and support mechanisms to drive transformation.
  • Have executed HR initiatives, such as performance management, talent planning, and career development, ensuring leaders are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
  • Expertise in synthesising data, turning into meaningful insights.
  • Motivated by seeing your work deliver impactful business improvement
