A core contributing factor to the influence Instiglio has had thus far includes our collaborative, highly skilled and diverse team. We are a team of 60+ people, representing 15+ nationalities, with offices in Colombia, Kenya, Morocco, Mauritius and the USA. Our team of practitioners has extensive development and government experience, including previous roles in international development banks, national governments, multilateral agencies, INGOs and academia.
Operations at Instiglio are executed by a small and effective team in a dynamic and innovative environment. Working in a stable start-up that is in the second phase of growth with a strong financial pipeline, Instiglio Services Team constantly shifts between developing and improving systems and processes. This is largely to accommodate organizational growth and executing on the nuts and bolts to keep the organization running smoothly. The Global People Team oversees HR-related matters in the organisation.
As Instiglio is rapidly expanding both in Latam and in Africa, the Global People team continues to transform and specialize, currently growing two sub-teams: one for Talent Acquisition and one for Talent Management. Our model will also allow for individuals to grow in both areas to accommodate our people's interests and growth.
As part of the Global People Team, the incumbent will play an instrumental role in identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring & onboarding skilled people to meet organizational needs in order to grow the next generation of international development practitioners at Instiglio. The role will also include ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness by supporting the design and execution of initiatives, programs, and processes related to Instiglio’s HR operations, Employee Lifecycle and internal people operations of the Morocco Team. The incumbent will be based in our Rabat office and the opportunity is only open to individuals with a right to work in Morocco. Instiglio has adopted a hybrid working model i.e., a minimum of two (2) days a week at the office for face-to-face connections.
