Within our wider People & Culture team, we have a large, talented and supportive Partnering team, focused on continuous learning, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.
Working in an organisation with a people-first approach, there is time and resources to build incredibly strong and impactful relationships with managers and leaders. The Partnering team provides strategic and thoughtful guidance, enabling managers and leaders to not only perform, but grow in their roles. In addition, partners contribute to and lead on projects that build tools and programs which support our culture and the wider organisation.
You will spend the majority of your time working with managers and teams in GDM India in addition to contributing to projects to build tools and programs to support our culture. As a strategic people partner for GDM India, you will act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, proactively partnering, influencing them and driving big picture thinking to enable high performance. You will serve as a Location manager for P&C, representing all CoEs and functions across the region. Working with local leadership you will support their talent plans and improve organizational health by monitoring trends and culture, identify talent gaps to execute business strategy.
