Your influential mission. You will...

  • Provide an efficient and timely People and Culture Advisor level service to managers and employees as assigned by the PCM.
  • Efficiently and effectively support other areas of the People and Culture as required
  • Ensure the PCM is aware of all employee issues in a timely manner
  • Efficiently support upkeep of the People and Culture team
  • Provide metrics relating to People and Culture and employee matters including the input to monthly reports
  • Support and input to training for managers and employees as identified by the PCM (e.g. IT and Finance/Payroll)
  • Manage the effective, timely and accurate provision of information to Payroll and Finance department for relevant areas
  • Provide significant, regular and timely input to update of handbooks, policies, procedures, processes.
  • Provide effective, efficient and timely processes and step documents to ‘future proof’ the People and Culture department
  • Manage and supports line managers with low to mid-level employee relations matters including investigations for grievances and disciplinaries escalating as necessary
  • Support the effective, efficient and meticulous management of the employee journey
  • Support and input UK wellbeing and diversity inclusion events
  • Provide assistance to PCD, and PCM and other people and culture colleagues as required
  • Effectively and enthusiastically manage internal and external relationships
  • Manage People and Culture related projects as and when required
  • Support and protect the people and culture department reputation, immediate colleagues, other work colleagues and the Playtech brand at all times

Components for success. You have...

  • Excellent customer service and relationship skills
  • CIPD qualification, other relative degree or significantly relative proven experience
  • Experience of successfully managing the employee life-cycle in a similar HR related role
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships with; empathy, political awareness and confidentiality
  • The ability to manage low to mid level employee relation issues
  • Proven ability to curiously seek for solutions, to diffuse and not exacerbate problems or issues
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to communicate and ensure that the message is heard and understood in a variety of ways
  • Enthusiastic, protective, supportive and tenacious team member
