- Provide administrative support for a range of People and Culture (HR) activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Create and maintain records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy (personal information, contacts, etc.).
- Manage documentation processes, including signing, scanning, and storing documents in HRIS (contracts, addendums, and others).
- Administer internal HR systems.
- Prepare input files for the financial department and third-party providers for compensation calculation.
- Cooperate with the financial department regarding compensation, vacations, and internal control questions.
- Assist in the implementation and review of People and Culture (HR) policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects, including process improvements, audits, compliance, data protection, and other mandatory corporate trainings.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to assist management and the HR team (e.g., retention schedules, GDPR compliance, training completion).
- Coordinate employee-related communications.
- Answer queries about HR-related issues.
- Participate in local and global HR-related projects.
