In This Role, You’ll Get To 

  • Provide analytical insights and advisory services to Business Partners. 
  • Serve as a project manager and trusted advisor for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction. 
  • Contribute to the design and development of data products, such as dashboards, presenting key datasets for performance monitoring. 
  • Deliver insightful analysis, dashboards, and presentations on People data to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure effective communication between data specialists and stakeholders without a technical background. 
  • Work with all teams to drive efficiencies, optimize processes, and prioritize system enhancements. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytics or strategic role, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce or tech company, or 2-4 years of experience in a consulting role with multinational company. 
  • Strong project management and communication skills. 
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL. 
  • A prominent level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • An ownership mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. 
  • The ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and foster a collaborative team culture. 
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in People Analytics and strategic planning roles. 
  • A high Emotional Quotient, demonstrating a service leadership philosophy. 
  • A proven track record of challenging the status quo and proposing improvements to existing processes. 
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding the story behind the numbers. 
  • Experience in a multicultural or international work environment.
