Team consists of a group of experts dedicated to transforming employee data into actionable insights that drive business success. The team uses advanced analytics to uncover patterns, predict trends, and enhance the overall employee experience.
As leader of the People Analytics team, you'll collaborate with the People and Culture department to solve complex challenges. You will be part of the HR Strategic Leadership team that shapes Allegro talent, recruitment, learning and reward strategies. You will support this team and HRBPs, CHRO through quality insights based on data. In your daily work you will handle the following tasks
Develop the people analytics vision and strategy, enabling solutions that cut across the entire employee lifecycle, in alignment with HR and business leadership priorities, stakeholder requirements and business unit requirements
Lead the development and implementation of data analyses, visualizations and predictive analytics to provide people trends and insights to the rest of the organization
Being a partner to Chief Human Resources Officer to develop a standard set of HR KPIs
Work with the finance department to achieve enterprise-wide alignment on KPIs and work with them to bring in business outcome data rapidly to the people analytics solutions to show the workforce contribution to outcomes
Maintain operational excellence on the team to ensure high quality methods to gather and manage large datasets from multiple sources, transforming or cleaning data as necessary
Define and work with HR operations, functional leads, finance and IT to implement standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity across systems
Choose applicable people analytics technologies to provide reporting, analytics, visualizations and predictive analytics
Support implementation of SAP SF module connected with reporting across Allegro group
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a standard reporting dashboard across primary stakeholder groups (C-suite, HR leaders, HRBPs)
Actively pursue the development and ongoing improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools and capabilities
Represent the organization outside to share best practices and continuously learn new leading practices, and apply within the business as applicable
We are looking for people who
Possess experience in data leadership and strategic planning for data initiatives
Are adept at data storytelling, effectively communicating insights through compelling narratives
Have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating detailed analyses and presenting findings clearly
Possess excellent knowledge of databases
Are skilled in statistics, data transformation, and predictive modeling
Are fluent in English at a C1 level or higher
The following are also a plus
Are skilled in using BI tools such as Looker Studio
Have a working proficiency with specific tools including SQL and Python
Have experience with SAP
