ABOUT THE ROLE
As a People Experience team, we deliver exceptional people experiences for the entire MYOB team, with a focus on partnering and knowledge sharing. As the Advisor in the People Experience (PX) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day PX operations within MYOB.
AS A PEOPLE ADVISOR, YOU WILL:
- Act as the first point of contact for PX queries from across the business, liaising with stakeholders to better understand support requests. These requests include but are not limited to: policy advice; supporting with performance management and less-complex ER cases; educating individuals on self-service options, and other ad-hoc People queries.
- As required, support the People Partners with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage data accuracy and integrity for PX systems, generating reports and analytics as required and requested.
- Administer employment contracts; Flexible working requests; position updates and changes; and other ad-hoc paperwork, as requested by people leaders and team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of PX strategies, to align with MYOB goals and objectives. This will include ongoing project work and process improvements.
- As directed, conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations across Australia and New Zealand.
THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED
- Demonstrable experience in a HR advisory role within a progressive and high growth company.
- Strong focus and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and adapting communication styles to match.
- Excellent Excel skills, for use in reporting and other projects.
- Ability to work and succeed in a cross functional team environment and successfully deliver planned outcomes.
- An ability to work collaboratively.
