PE and JOC Alliance Director

Join our team at Hitachi Solutions Europe, where you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, focusing on Private Equity (PE) firms and Japanese-Owned Companies (JOC). This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively across markets, leveraging key relationships with Microsoft, PE firms, and senior stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted plan to engage PE firms, understanding their priorities and portfolio company mix.
• Drive qualified sales opportunities through strong PE relationships and JOC initiatives.
• Collaborate with UK, French, and German sales teams to align activities and maximise impact.
• Lead CRM efforts to ensure accuracy and transparency for PE-based engagements.
• Partner with Microsoft on Co-Sell initiatives to drive joint opportunities.
• Report progress against targets to the European SVP Sales on a monthly basis.
• Build and maintain detailed stakeholder maps for PE firms and portfolio companies.
• Develop relationships with commercial leads in key European markets to support opportunity handover.

• A strong understanding of PE firms’ ways of working and strategic priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives in Hitachi, Microsoft, and PE firms.
• Commercial awareness with experience in qualifying and nurturing leads.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
