Payroll Treasury Specialist

Hybrid - Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

Essential Job Duties

A Payroll Treasury Specialist at BambooHR doesn’t just process payroll transactions. You’ll manage wires, process collections and refunds, and monitor customer funding challenges with precision and care. A successful Payroll Treasury Specialist will:

• Process customer payroll transactions
• Monitor and manage wires received from customers
• Monitor and manage customer funding challenges
• Process collections and refunds to customers
• Ensure payroll processing controls are properly executed

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

• Experience in payroll or a similar industry with high volume, time-sensitive movement of funds on behalf of customers
• Experience in accounts receivable processing with multiple transaction types (ACH, Wire, Reverse Wire) and operating rules
• Tech-savvy (you’ll need to become familiar with a lot of different software)
• Ability to shift between tasks with ease
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or related work experience
