The role of the Systems and Compliance Consultant is to ensure that the payroll system is compliant with Legislation and aligned to SEEK policies. Working with the Payroll team to provide support in the delivery of SEEK payroll for Australia and New Zealand. The role is responsible for assisting with the delivery and monitoring of payroll compliance for Superannuation, KiwiSaver, ATO and IRD tax payments, Audits, Payroll Tax and Work Cover payments to ensure these are on time, accurate, are compliant and delivered in a seamless and efficient manner for all of SEEK’s business and that SEEK are delivering best payroll practices and services.
The role reports into the Manager, Payroll & HRC. On a day to day basis this role works closely with the Payroll Team Lead and with the Payroll and HRC team. The role provides support to internal stakeholders P&C, Finance Business Partners, Leaders & People Tech & Insights team and SEEKers. The role liaises with external compliance agnencies SRO, ATO, IRD and Workcover authorities.
