About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality of support we provide our rockstar employees in our Manila office. You will be challenged to be part of our People Operations team and to oversee the compensation and benefits side of our People & Culture team. Your impact on the team will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our employees to be well taken care of as they help our consumers and enterprise clients access on-demand photography worldwide.
What you'll do:
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience in administering payroll and benefits, preferably fully owning the Compensation & Benefits function
- At least 1 year of experience in collaborating with HR and management in designing and improving compensation and benefits programs and processes
- Experience in using Sprout as a payroll software is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of payroll procedures, HMO administration, government benefits, and current labor rules and regulations
- Communicates clearly and manages stakeholders effectively, especially when explaining payroll discrepancies, walking through compensation data, and proposing new compben programs
- Great spreadsheet skills to analyze data, solve problems, and manage projects
- Strong knowledge of market salary ranges and familiarity with Total Rewards are bonus
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
