Payroll Specialist | Part-time (m/f/d)

  • Responsible for the creation and administration of payroll for both headquarters and operations;
  • Creation of information, certification, and reporting obligations, e.g. for social security, tax office and other authorities;
  • Contact person for employees and managers for payroll-related questions;
  • Continuous optimization of payroll processes and tools as well as participation in the creation of reports and personnel statistics;
  • Clarification and processing of issues relating to maternity protection, parental leave, garnishments and company pension schemes as well as special SV cases.
  • A degree in accounting, payroll, or HR; 
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-growing company;
  • Profound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law;
  • Previous experience using German billing software (ideally SAP) is desirable;
  • Independent way of working as well as reliability, sense of responsibility and high focus on service;
  • Native-level written and spoken German knowledge, good written and spoken English knowledge.
