Job Duties
- Collaborate with the external payroll agency to guarantee precise and timely payroll execution, in compliance with calendar agreed
- Maintain payroll operations by following internal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal business partners to collect change input data and transfer onto the payroll provider
- Audit payroll results against accuracy, compliance with local law regulations and applicable SOX controls. Monitor and document all performance and delivery concerns
- Administer payroll documentation and records, e.g. distribute pay slips and annual tax certificates among employees
- Provide professional and timely responses to employee inquiries related to payroll matters via internal Help Desk system
- Prepare ad hoc financial and operational reporting and analysis as needed.
- Responsible for achieving operational payroll-related target key performance indicators, maintain service levels to internal customers and stakeholders.
- Support internal and external periodical and ad-hoc payroll audits
- Ensure the business complies with local tax laws as well as with all the regulations regarding employee compensation. Ensure all statutory payroll liabilities are paid in a timely manner
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations impacting payroll procedures. Payroll Documents workflow analysis
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices and initiatives for continuous improvement in payroll processing
- Complete accounting close activities in compliance with monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close calendar.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in Payroll SSC/GBS/BPO environment (EMEA Region);
- University degree in accounting, finance is a must
- Experience in coordinating external Payroll vendors (i.e. ADP, TMF or other);
- Fluent English
- Analytical skills
- Complete understanding of all compensation plans
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems
- Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic work environment

This job requires working from the Warsaw office at least 3 times a week.
