Position:
As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for a broad variety of tasks to support the Senior Manager, Global Payroll, in the completion of all payrolls for over 475 employees across all offices. You will plan, prioritize and organize company payroll and benefit data changes, such as tax information, direct deposit, and changes to employee records in order to maintain payroll records for processing of a bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls. You will support global expansion and provide insight for external payroll providers to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance in multiple countries. You will have the chance to strengthen your understanding of both operational and technical payroll processes. The successful candidate will be someone who is looking to progress to global payroll by creating and improving payroll processes. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll and work closely with our HR team as well as the Finance team.

Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity it would be great if you have a GPA certification or equivalent qualification, demonstrate a strong foundation in payroll practices, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial services payroll environment. Experience in EMEA payrolls, and nice to have are Oracle and TMS (HRIS Europe).
