We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to act as our new member of the Labour Relations department.
The position in based in our HQ in Tarragona.
This role involves providing efficient and excellent service support in labor relations and payroll responsibilities to the Corporate Areas in HQ. We are looking for someone proactive that will be involved in constant improvement projects within the labor relations area.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that key costs (e.g. bonus accrual, salary levels) are correctly tracked and recorded, acting as a central point of contact to address any questions and challenge that may arise
• Contribute to shaping and implementing the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring that the process is compliant with the requirements of the reward governance framework
• Own the payroll processing cycle for a country or a company depending on size and complexity
• Payroll Balances and controls at input and output (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
• Payroll Accounting support
• Complex payroll queries & escalations
• Point of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury and others)
• Projects: process improvement
